We recently spent a short vacation on Sanibel Island, Florida, where we visited Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge a number of times. In addition to spectacular shows of Roseate Spoonbills and White Pelicans, we also met Don and Lillian Stokes and their new Corgi puppy Phoebe.
